I ordered from ahava.com and the packaging was really good. Everything was packed neat and felt secure, with no leaks or dents or anything like that. The box itself was sturdy, and when I opened it the products looked totally fine and in perfect shape. I also liked that it wasn’t all messy or overdone, just simple and clean. Arrived looking great, so yeah I’m happy with it tbh.

I ordered from ahava.com because my hands and legs were so dry this winter it felt like my skin was just against me. I’ve tried a bunch of creams before and usually I’m the one stuck with greasy hands and no real results, so I wasn’t expecting much. This one feels a little thick when you first put it on, but it actually sinks in quickly and doesn’t leave me feeling oily. After a few days, the flakiness and itching were way better, which was such a relief. Shipping was fine too. I’m really happy I gave it a chance.

I do like the Dead Sea mineral thing, and my skin does feel less dry after I use it. It feels nice, really nice, but for the price I guess I was expecting a little more. It’s okay, just okay, not bad, but not amazing either

It just felt too pricey for me. I wanted to like it, but for the cost, it didn’t really feel worth it to me.

I’ve ordered from ahava.com a few times now, and I appreciate that the creams have been consistent every time, same texture, same scent, nothing oddly different from one order to the next. That matters to me because if I’m spending money on skincare, I feel like the company should deliver what they promise. One jar did seem a little less full than I expected, which wasn’t ideal, but overall the products have been good and reliable...

This smells so clean and fresh without being overpowering, which I really like. I just wish it lasted a little longer on my skin, you know? It’s such a nice soft scent, I kind of want to keep smelling it throughout the day

I tried placing my order a few times, but the checkout just wouldn’t go through. At first I thought maybe it was something on my end, but after repeated failures, I started losing confidence in the site. It made me hesitant to keep trying or trust that my payment/order would be handled properly.

Bottom line, I’m glad I tried this. After just a few uses, my eczema patches felt noticeably calmer. The itching didn’t disappear completely, but it eased up a lot, and I really appreciated that it didn’t sting my skin like some other creams I’ve used...

I really wanted to love this, but my skin felt dry again after like an hour. I was so disappointed because I expected way more hydration, and instead my face was basically begging for moisture all over again.

I really wanted to like this, but it’s kind of hit or miss for me. Some days it seems fine, and other days it just sits on my skin feeling heavy and sticky. It doesn’t really sink in the way I hoped, so my face ends up feeling coated. Not the worst cream ever, but the texture just isn’t for me.

I was expecting the ingredients to be a bit cleaner, but a few of them feel kind of harsh on my skin. Also, I’m not a fan of how the terms seem to keep changing, it makes it harder to know what I’m actually getting

I went in hoping to grab a few things, but once again, several of the items I actually wanted were out of stock. It’s frustrating when this keeps happening, and it kind of makes the whole trip feel like a waste.

My skin is annoyingly sensitive, so I usually expect face creams to make me red, itchy, or just regret buying them. I was waiting for AHAVA to do the same, but it didn’t. No burning, no weird heavy scent, and my face actually felt calm after using it. Shipping wasn’t anything special, but it arrived fine. I’m still a little cautious because my skin can turn on products fast, but so far this is one of the few creams I’d actually buy again

I reached out to AHAVA about an issue with my order it turned into such a headache. Their replies took forever, and when they finally got back to me, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d written. I kept worrying I was going to end up losing both my time and money over it, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. In the end, I just gave up. I wouldn’t risk ordering from them again

The package showed up when they said it would, and the tracking updated enough to know what was going on, even if it wasn’t the fastest. The box arrived in good shape too, which I always appreciate. I’d probably give it five stars if shipping were a little quicker, but for a non-urgent order, it was totally fine

I tried the Dead Sea mineral hand cream and a face moisturizer from AHAVA. Both felt really nice when I first put them on, and my skin did feel softer for a few hours, but I didn’t notice much of a long-term difference.
The hand cream helped with dryness a bit, just not as much as I was hoping. For the price, I kind of expected more, and that part was weird because it feels like a premium product but didn’t totally perform like one. It’s not bad though, and I’d maybe buy it again if it was on sale.

I really wanted to like this cream, but it just sits on top of my skin for ages and never seems to fully sink in. It left me feeling sticky, which I can’t stand. I tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or actually help, so overall I’m disappointed.

I’ve noticed my fine lines do look a little softer, so that’s a plus. It’s not some huge dramatic change though, and I was expecting a bit more. Overall, the results are good, just not amazing...

I ordered from ahava.com because they had a promo going, and the prices did end up being better than usual. That said, I had to do a little trial and error at checkout to figure out which discount code actually worked, so it felt like one of those deals where you have to read between the lines a bit.
Shipping was totally fine and everything showed up in good condition, so no complaints there. I just wish the promo details were clearer upfront, especially what’s excluded and whether codes can be combined or not. Overall, not a bad experience, just a little more frustrating than it needed to be.
